When you purchase from Coats Carbine Company we will require your name, shipping, and billing address information. We will also collect credit/debit card information when placing an order.

How we use your personal information
Your information is used only to process your orders, we will use the information for our credit processor and shipping company, and to allow you to quickly complete future transactions. We will also access your account information in order to provide you with fast and efficient customer service.

How we protect your personal information
Whenever you access your account or billing information online we use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection to ensure that your data is encrypted and transmitted securely. Your credit card information is also stored in our database in a secure format and all your personal information is behind our secure network. Your credit card information is only accessed in order to process your order and then is no longer accessible even to us.

Non-disclosure of your information
All of your personal information submitted to is kept confidential in our secure database and will never be sold or shared with anyone else without your prior approval.

Coats Carbine Company usually ships processed orders within 2 business days with USPS. If you wish to use a specific provider please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request, additional shipping charge may apply.

Please note that insurance is not included on orders above $100 unless requested after the order is placed, additional charges for insurance will apply.

Depending on the product being shipped an adult signature may be required in order to receive the product. A tracking number will be provided with every order by email. If a tracking number is not provided please let us know. With USPS a tracking number is not always given, in the event it is sent USPS and no tracking number is given in the email it will usually be on its way to you.

Lost or stolen packages
If the package is lost as a result from Coats Carbine Company, we will replace the lost product or provide a full refund. If the package is lost due to a couriers error the shipping charges will be refunded by Coats Carbine Company, however the contents will not be reimbursed unless insurance was requested. If insurance was purchased, claims must be brought to the courier. Coats Carbine Company will assist with the replacements of products and with the claims process as needed.

Due to Federal regulations we will not ship to APOs outside of the United States of America. While we proudly support service members of the United States Military, we must fully respect and comply with federal regulations and export laws. Because of these laws and regulations any package shipped for personal use to an APO/FPO outside of the United States of America must be considered an export.


All products sold by Coats Carbine Company are new and under manufacturer unless otherwise stated in the product description. If you are not satisfied with your order we will do our best to correct the situation to your satisfaction. Before placing an order please contact us with any questions you may have regarding the product(s).

Please contact us via email or phone for returns and a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

  • All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items.
  • If the product is unused/unopened, you may return it for a full refund within 15 days
  • All returns must be new and in the original packaging. All accessories, documentation, and registration cards must be included with the return.
  • Shipping & Handling and Insurance charges for product returns are non-refundable. Only the product purchase price is refundable minus applicable restocking fees.

Firearm Returns
If the lower has been modified in anyway then it may be considered a firearm.
If modified, it cannot be returned unless found to be defective or damaged during shipment.  If you believe your lower is defective please contact us and we will give you special return instructions.
